Our delivery methods

BerghenStore offers delivery your at your home or your workplace. This service is via our DPD partner.

Because most of our shipments have to be signed for upon receipt, we unfortunately cannot send to parcel lockers.

In Belgium, in Netherland, and in Luxembourg : This delivery service is free for any purchase of min. 80€ on our website.

Below that amount of purchase, delivery will be charged 7€.

Within the Benelux, it usually takes 1 to 5 working days to receive your purchases at the chosen address.

In France (Mainland France) : This delivery service is free for any purchase of min. 150€ on our website.

Below that amount of purchase, delivery will be charged 15€.

In the rest of the world, this delivery service is free for any purchase on our website of min. 150€ to 350€ (the threshold for free delivery depends on the country of delivery).

Below that amount of purchase, delivery will be charged between 15€ to 45€.

BerghenStore offers you the opportunity to order your shoes online, and then collect them in one of our 5 Berghen Stores or in our Aigle Store.

After completing your order, it will take about 3 days for your order to be available in the store of your choice.

You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has arrived and is at your disposal.

Before visiting the store, we would recommend to contact the store to verify that your order is available. Also be sure to take notice of the store hours.
