14 day free return

Conditions :

Return your purchase within 14 days after delivery if you wish a refund or an exchange.

The items that you wish to return have to be new and unworn, accessories have to be included and the product must be in its's original packaging. Damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged.

The free return via DPD of one or more of the delivered items is only available if the order was delivered to an address within the European mainland or Great Britain.

Free return via DPD :

Included with your order is a return label.

Carefully place your purchase in the original packaging. Include the return form. Make sure the original packaging is protected from being damaged in transit.

Stick the return address label on the parcel. (Please do not stick the return label directly on the original packaging).

Go to your nearest ParcelShop to deposit the packet (you can find your nearest ParcelShop here: https://www.dpd.com/be_en/business_customers/pickup/pickup_parcelshop_finder)

Refund :

In the case of a return: the refund is credited through the original payment method used to pay your purchase (refund on the credit card used or your bank account).

 In the case of an exchange :  After we receive your returned goods, we will sent the requested items and we will inform you about the shipping details.
